Champion Lettings was established in 1997 by Ken & Margaret Morgan and is widely regarded as one of the largest Lettings Agents in Ireland specialising in Residential Lettings and Management.
We currently have offices in Dublin North and City Centre, Louth & Meath.

• We operated as Sherry FitzGerald Lettings North Dublin from 2000-2006. Our offices are at 14 Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin.
• Champion Lettings acquired Sherry FitzGerald  Lettings  Swords branch in 2007 to the present day.
• We acquired Sherry FitzGerald Lettings Navan in May 2012.
• We specialise in residential lettings only and grew from 2 staff in 1997 to 9 staff at the moment.
• All staff are qualified and are PRSA approved.
• We have a hands-on approach of letting and managing your property. We prefer the day to day running 95% of our properties are managed.
• We provide each landlord access to myletman a 24/7 landlord platform.
• This provides an updated account each month, invoices, fees and other services.
• In early  2020 we will be providing a tenants platform.
• Champion Lettings has created a service that covers every aspect of lettings and management, from a property maintenance team to investment advice on getting the best return on your investment.
• Rent reviews, Lease renewals, Rental valuations and RTB disputes, included.
• We believe our staff is our greatest asset with full knowledge of the lettings market.
