References
All lettings are subject to suitable references and also the Landlords approval All references must be received 2 working days prior to signing of Lease – they can be e-mailed or faxed to the relevant office
Please inform your referees that we will be contacting them

Should you decide to lease the property we require the following references for each tenant:

• Current employers reference or accountants reference in writing (if applicable)


• Accountants reference in writing (if applicable)


• Previous Landlord reference in writing (if applicable)


• Bank reference or bank statement with address & account number


• Proof of P.P.S. Number – i.e. social services card, wage slip etc.


• Photo Identification
  

We also carry out a full credit check on each Tenant


Monies Required

• Security deposit (equivalent to one months rent)


• First months rent (paid by cash or bankers draft)
