Take ESB & gas readings and ensure both utilities are transferred into the Tenants name

A detailed list of Inventory is normally provided by the Landlord, however we can provide this service for an additional fee if requested

We register all properties with the P.R.T.B. – their fee is €70.00 per unit.

Secure market rental value at time of renewal of Lease Agreement - fee 4% plus vat.

Minimum Letting - fee €400 plus vat
